This website is operated by HNG, the Design & Build wing of Doric Villa Engineering Consultancy, 29 Rudra Mati Marg, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to respond to you and improve this website.

Contact form

When you send a message through our contact form we receive your name, phone number, and any email, service, location, land size and message you choose to provide. The form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare for your project. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.

WhatsApp and phone

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, your number and messages are handled by those services under their own privacy policies. We use them only to talk with you about your project.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website: for example, which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and whether the contact form or WhatsApp buttons are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser and approximate location. IP addresses are anonymised. This data is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep information

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of your project and any legal record-keeping period. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics’ retention settings.
